On this day, 2 years ago, I launched this website/blog.
A lot has happened in those two years – career break, a brief return to study, and then finding work with a new company. Collectively, we’ve all endured, and hopefully gotten through, a global pandemic.
Right now I feel I have a better work-life balance. This has given me the time to pursue other interests, especially creative ones. For the past year and a half, I’ve been tinkering around with my own YouTube channel. I’m having a blast editing videos, selecting music for the videos and designing thumbnails. I’ll be honest, it is hard to keep going when the results aren’t always there but I have a Mars in Capricorn, so I’m not one to give up.
“Consistency is the key with social media” (so they say). I’ve broken that rule many times with this blog. I’ve never really had a regular posting schedule and that’s because this blog is driven by the need to find meaningful topics that I have a burning desire to put out there, which takes discipline and time (and the need to tear myself away from social media and other distractions).
I’m excited for the articles to come! I hope to bring you an article soon on astrology as a tool for personal development. I also want to share with you some non-fiction book recommendations.
